Alu-Dibond, what is it?
It is a light and rigid material consisting of two aluminium plates. The photo print on the Alu-Dibond support is matte, meaning that there are no light reflections. The print of your desired photograph is directly printed on a 3mm Alu-Dibond support with black edges. Thanks to the UV printing, the Alu-Dibond can be placed outdoors. This rigid material is the ideal compromise to highlight a photograph and to have a quality photo print.

Using the configurator on our website, you can insert your personalised image and choose the desired format to see how it looks on a virtual wall. We offer formats ranging from 20 x 15 cm to 150 x 100 cm.

What is the resolution required for printing?
The resolution required for a good quality photo print is 300 dpi. When you upload your photo to the configurator, a message will inform you about the quality of your photo.

What is alu-dibond printing?
The photo is printed on a 3mm substrate consisting of two aluminium plates. This support will give the photograph a matt effect.

How do I hang my alu-dibond print on the wall?
We provide two types of wall hanging for photo prints on alu-dibond. The classic self-adhesive metal fixing. Simply insert a nail or screw into your wall and place your personalised print. Classic fixings can support a load of 10kg. Profile fixings are metal rails glued with double-sided tape behind the substrate. It allows for a 3cm gap between the wall and the bracket which gives a weightless impression. This is the most common mounting method used in art galleries and exhibitions.

How are the photos printed?
The photos are printed with professional Canon printers. We use the 6 colour UV inkjet printing technique. This allows us to have a high-quality final result. All our photo prints are printed by professional graphic designers who have been active in photo printing for many years.

You can use image extensions such as .jpg or .png

My package and its contents are damaged, what should I do?
We protect each parcel to avoid this problem. However, if the package is damaged, you have 24 hours to report any problem by e-mail: [email protected] with photos of the damage to your personalised print. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find the best solution to satisfy you.
